You built it. Now what?

I'm a developer learning marketing on my own projects. This is where I write down what I test, what works, and what turned out to be a waste of time.

hello blog

A developer learning marketing in public. SEO experiments, customer acquisition, SaaS lessons and real-world tests - no guru talk, just practice.

  1. I migrated my blog from Next.js to Astro

Next.js was overkill, and Strapi meant constant clicking around the UI. I moved the blog to Astro and Cloudflare, posts live in the repo as MDX, infrastructure in OpenTofu, and Lighthouse shows 100/100.

  2. How I created a blog in Next.js (stack, CMS, hosting, SEO)

How did I build a blog about marketing for developers? Next.js with ISR, Strapi on Railway, Cloudflare R2, PostHog, Sentry, and MailerLite - the entire tech stack, decisions, and Lighthouse results.

README.md

Hello! My name is Franek.

I'm a programmer, but above all I love to create: apps, photos and handicraft. By day I implement and develop Dynamics CRM (.NET and Angular), and after hours I run FW Leathercraft, my leather goods brand. I can build an app, but I still don't know how to sell it. Whether it's leather or a SaaS, I need to reach people somehow.

This blog is my learn in public experiment: I write about what I'm learning, what I'm testing and what actually works.
